Enhanced COVID Procedures:

Please Read Carefully!

At NuBody Solutions, the health and safety of our clients and staff have always been our priority, so we already had many sanitation procedures in place. Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily adding these additional, more stringent procedures and restrictions.

  1. All employees will be wearing masks and gloves.
  2. Clients are required to wear masks while inside our building.
  3. Clients will be given a temperature scan when they arrive to check for fever.
  4. Our door will be locked and only clients with appointments will be allowed inside. When you arrive, call 336-389-0001 so we may welcome you in.
  5. No extra guests, including children, allowed during an appointment.
  6. Clients will be asked to sanitize their hands when they enter our building.
  7. Only one client allowed in any treatment room at a time.
  8. Clients that desire to have water available while at Nubody should bring their own.
  9. All clients will be asked to place all personal items and clothing into a designated container inside the applicable consultation, retail, or treatment room. These containers will be thoroughly sanitized between clients.
  10. Pillows and blankets have been removed from treatment rooms to allow our staff to completely and efficiently sanitize each room and bed between customers. To use a blanket or pillow during treatment, you must bring your own.
  11. Fabric robes will not be provided by NuBody for body wraps or other appointments. You may bring a robe or purchase a disposable robe for an extra fee.

These extra precautions are being taken for your protection. We are making every effort to keep all of our clients and staff safe during this unprecedented time. If we see the need, we may continue to tweak these procedures to further enhance safety in our facility. Please check this page and our on-site signage for the most current procedures.


Phases 1 and 2 of the Governor's Ammended Stay at Home Order

Dear NuBody Solutions Clients,

We are so excited to start the process of reopening and the ability to see all our clients and help them with their weightloss, body sculpting and med spa needs! For the next two weeks, we will be in Phase 1 of Governor Cooper's Modified Stay At Home Order. What does that mean for NuBody and for you?

This week, Tuesday, May 12 thru Saturday, May 16th, we will be open modified hours for FREE Consultations, coaching and retail only. Please call for an appointment.

We have missed our clients so much! We can't wait to see all your smiling faces and optimistically await the start of Phase 2, scheduled to begin March 26, when we will also be allowed to resume services with special safety protocals in place. Look for more information to come as we get closer to Phase 2.

Governor Mandate

March 24, 2020

Due to an executive order from NC Governor, Roy Cooper (Section 1. b.), we will be temporarily closing the NuBody Med Spa at 5pm this Wednesday, March 25 to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This is simply a precaution mandated by the governor. We have had no case of COVID-19 associated with any client or any staff member as we have been disinfecting all treatment rooms, and all common areas including the doors, door knobs and ALL equipment between each client as we usually do.

Even though NuBody will be closed for appointments temporarily, we CAN:

Letter from our Owner

Dear NuBody Solutions Clients,

First, I want to assure you that your safety and the safety of our staff remain our top priority. This means you can come to your appointments with CONFIDENCE. Here are some of the measures we've taken in recent days to ensure a safe, clean environment:

We have REINFORCED and ENHANCED our cleaning practices. Our goal is to always ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Our staff is EXCEEDING the guidelines for cleanliness set in place by the CDC. We have gone ABOVE and BEYOND the normal work day cleaning around here. We honestly deep clean and SANITIZE all day long immediately after each client.

We have increased the frequency of our cleaning assignments, particularly in the lobby, store, scale room, jigglers, restrooms and all treatment rooms. We continue to wipe down every surface used or touched by a client immediately after use with a hospital-grade disinfectant. We are asking every client to wash their hands immediately upon entering our office for an appointment to avoid spread of germs.

Safe Measures We are Taking to Protect our Clients and Staff Please call us to notify us prior to your appointment if any of the following apply:

  1. If you, a family member or close friend have had a fever or ANY signs of sickness including respiratory symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath in the last week. You will be asked to reschedule for 2 weeks out. If you arrive to your appointment sick, you will not be treated. Providers are not permitted to care for any clients showing any signs of illness or sickness.
  2. You, a family member or close friend have left the country or been on a cruise within the 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment. You will need to re-schedule for 3 weeks from your return.
  3. You, a family member or close friend has had close contact with a person with COVID-19. You will need to re-schedule for 4 weeks out.

I will continue to monitor CDC and state health department recommendations as they pertain to COVID-19 and inform you of any additional changes if they arise. NuBody Solutions appreciates your understanding and cooperation during this time.
